Sydney Zoo Excursion Block F

Dear Parents / Carers,

F Block students will have the opportunity to attend an excursion to Sydney Zoo in early term three. The four classes will be attending across 2 days to ensure that we have transport for all of our students.

This excursion will complement the learning in class for our English book study of the text Imagine, our Geography unit on Places and also a great chance to practice our practical skills around road and community safety. 

We welcome parents and carers to attend alongside staff and think it would be a great positive experience for everyone. Please fill in the information below if you would like to attend the excursion. We understand that some parents may prefer to transport their own children to and from the excursion while others may prefer their child travel by school bus.

Please give permission to attend through the School Bytes app as per usual procedure. 

Where:    Sydney Zoo, Eastern Creek

When:    Tuesday 29th July         Fur Seal and Lorikeet classes

Wednesday 30th July    Frog and Fairy Wren classes

Cost:        $20 per student via Schoolbytes – there is no cost for parents attending.

Food:     Students are to bring their own standard lunch and drink/feeds

Transport:    Via school bus or parent car if preferred.
